Minnesota offers a Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program to encourage small-dollar donations. Under this program, eligible contributors can receive a dollar-for-dollar refund of up to $75 per person or $150 per couple each calendar year for contributions to qualifying legislative and statewide candidates. Our campaign will provide the receipt and form needed to apply for this refund.
